Stocking Policy:
It is our policy wherever possible to hold stock ahead of expected requirements. If there are items you would like us to specifically hold in stock, please call us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.
All orders placed by 5.00pm of stocked items will be despatched on the day of ordering using our standard next day delivery service (unless otherwise requested).

Our policy is as outlined:-
Scope of commercial operations
We are a specialist distributor of Access Control, Door Entry and CCTV related products, we do not manufacture items or install systems.
We serve the UK installation market, providing known branded products that are sourced from the original manufacturer.
Most but not all manufacturers operate under the appropriate recognised quality management system within BS EN ISO 9000, where they are not we will still supply the product, given that we are simply serving a demand for that particular brand and that they are solely available from that manufacturer.
Quality procedures
We operate to internal documented policies and procedures, covering the following specific areas:-
- Sales order processing
- Purchase order processing
- Goods received processing
- Goods despatched processing
- Customer service / post-sales support
These processes are all fully computerised through the application of a bespoke software package designed to provide a full audit trial for all transactions.
All goods where appropriate are despatched in their original packaging and packaged in an additional outer carton for further protection during carriage.
Our carriers have an online shipment tracking system with POD also available online.
We are happy for bona fide clients to inspect our procedures.
